When will my order arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Express shipping is estimated to take 1–2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Do you offer international delivery?
Currently, we only ship within the domestic region. We are working diligently to bring the rare and regional flavours of Hidden East to a global audience in the future.
Is free delivery available?
We are pleased to offer free standard delivery on all orders over £100. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee will be calculated at the checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
