A masterful expression from the legendary Ming Dynasty cellars, "Chinese Taste" represents a refined pinnacle of the Strong-Aroma tradition. At 52% ABV, it offers a sophisticated symphony of fragrance. You can expect notes of blooming peony, honeyed apricot, and a subtle hint of star anise. The texture is exceptionally oily and rich, leading to a long, harmonious finish that evokes the depth of over four centuries of continuous brewing history.
